Maëliss Vincent-Moreau, founder of the MVM Avocats firm, is a lawyer at the Paris Bar.
Prior to taking an oath as a lawyer in 2006, Maëliss worked for three years as an international counsel for a vendor in the pharmaceutical industry. She then worked for seven years as a lawyer in the intellectual property and information technology departments of two firms renowned for their exigence and expertise in business law (PwC Avocats and Aramis). She then spent nearly three years as an international law in-house lawyer with Europ Assistance Holding before starting her own firm in January 2016.
Maëliss assists her clients in consulting and litigation, in business law and contract law as well as information technology (IT, personal data protection), intellectual property and media (copyrights, models and designs, trademarks and domain names).
Thanks to her expertise accrued within demanding organizations, her experience and her corporate culture, she’s able to tackle her clients’ everyday law issues with a pragmatic outset.
Maëliss worked in international environments and advises French as well as international companies. She works in French and English.
Maëliss holds a Masters in Contract Law from Lille 2 University and a Master in Digital Creation law from Paris I and Paris XI.
Maëliss is a member of AIJA International Association of Young Lawyers.
